Good evening students and parents.
Last Tuesday, program ad forms and banner order forms went home.
We are asking each student to sell one ad or one banner for the SEVMG program.
The deadline for turning in an ad is this Wednesday, August 31st. Please place your ad in the black box in the band room. Ad’s can also be emailed directly to Yerenaemail@example.com. Please make sure that you include the size of the ad with your email. Payment for emailed ads can be placed in the black box.
Parents can also purchase an ad for their child. Contributing to a group photo is not considered as selling an ad.
The banner order deadline is September 12th. You can contact Robyn Hilbert with any banner questions.
I have attached the forms any case you have misplaced them. We need everyone’s participation to make this event a huge success.
