Craft Fair – Volunteer and portrait information
Hello everyone!
We are getting down to the final week before the craft fair! I am still in need of parent volunteers for set-up, vendor check-in, door prize table and clean up! Here are the volunteer times that are available:
Friday, November 13th
4:00pm-6:00pm (set-up)
Saturday, November 14th
6:45am-9:45am (vendor check-in)
12:45pm-3:45pm (door prize table)
3:45pm-5:45pm (clean-up)

**Student sign-ups went up today in the band room.
**Parent volunteers and students should wear their show shirts during the craft fair so vendors and shoppers can easily identify the volunteers!
BAND PORTRAITS
E-N-E Photography will again be taking the band portraits during the craft fair in the band room.
There will be 2 photographers and there will be a choice of a white background or black background. There is a separate sign-up sheet for each background posted in the band room. Students will need to be ready and dressed in uniform 10 minutes prior to their appointment time.
If you are unable to sign-up for pictures during the craft fair, please contact E-N-E Photography at 689-2950 to schedule a make-up session at their studio. All make-up sessions will need to be completed by November 25th.
I have attached a copy of the order sheet for the portraits. Please be prepared to select your package in a timely manner so the sessions run quickly and smoothly.
