| 9:15 | Leadership team changes out of uniform (minus Drum Majors) |
| Need chaperones in band room and school | |
| 9:30 | Awards |
| 9:45 | Change out of uniform and put equipment up neatly |
| 10:00 | If you are not helping with clean up, you are dismissed |
*Bring $$$ for food and drink
*Wear band shirt all day
*Watch how you act
*Watch what you say around others when watching other bands
